Ms Johnica was extremely professional, kind, and helpful in getting my homeowners insurance reinstated. My policy was cancelled and I failed to notice thinking it was… being auto drafted as always. My local agent connected me with Johnica and stayed on the phone until our call was initiated. My local agent, Brooke, was short with me prior to connecting the call.
